Players may not sign up for more than one SAY team for the same season.
Per SAY rules, we cannot place your child on a specific team for car pool or any other reason, except team
integrity for second year at same level. This rule does not apply to the Little Kickers program.
The Oak Hills Soccer Association will not accept a completed registration form without proper payment.
Mail-in registration forms are available by printing the registration form on the "Printable Forms & Documents" link on this
Web site.

Players who register late will maintain team integrity only if the form is received by the District Representative before
the draw date. Players who register after the draw date will be assigned to teams on a "space available" basis.
The participation fee for the Fall Little Kickers program will be $25 per player.
The participation fee for the Fall Regular SAY Program will be $50 per player.
The participation fee for the Fall Minors and Seniors SAY Program will be $50 per player.
The maximum fee per family for the Fall will be $110 total, regardless of the number of players in the family.
There are no refunds available after registration, except for the following conditions:
a. A player moves to a different district prior to the first league game.
b. A player is unable to play due to illness. A physician's note may be required.
c. A player becomes a member of a Oak Hills High School soccer team.
Once registration is over, the OHSA officers have to make certain decisions as to uniforms, socks, and soccer balls.
These items cost the association a tremendous amount of money. Therefore, we ask that you strictly adhere to the refund
policy.
Coaches for all Oak Hills Soccer Association teams will be selected by the Oak Hills Soccer Association Officers.
This will be done before the team draws whenever possible.
