Important Information - Please Read Carefully National S.A.Y. has set the cut off birthdate at July 31st. Therefore, please make sure you put your child's age as of July 31, 2011, on the fall registration form. The one exception to the July 31st cut off date is for Passers. Passers must be 6 years old on or before September 30, 2011.
